Free 15-minutes initial contact (Video-Call)
A free 15 minutes video-call to discuss your needs and let you decide on a course of action. Booked & delivered through a secured online video platform (Cliniko).
1-hr online counselling (Video-call): $ 120 AUD
Booked & delivered through a secured online video platform (Cliniko), we can start or carry on working together towards your goals.
Please note that a full fee apply as Form Counselling services are not eligible for Medicare rebates or Private Health Funds reimbursement .

Prepaid discounted rate: 4 sessions x 1-hr online counselling session (Video-call): $ 320 AUD
Booked & also delivered online by video call, you can select the date for your first appointment and process your booking and prepayment.
Then, we will schedule together your following 3 sessions according to your needs.
Please note that if you wish to cancel the following 3 sessions, the full fee of $120.00 will be applied to the first session and the balance will be refunded to you accordingly.​
Payment & Cancellation Terms & Conditions:

Payment is processed at the time of your booking with all major credit & debit cards accepted.

You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

A full refund will be provided for appointments cancelled with 24 hours or more notice. Stripe processes our customer's refund request and the refund takes approximately 5-10 business days, depending upon the bank.

A 50% refund will be provided for appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hours notice.

No refund will be provided if you do not show up at the time of your session.
