About Form Counselling
Form Counselling is dedicated to the practice of person-centered therapy. My name is Nadia, registered counsellor, practicing member L1 of the Australian Counselling Association and a Reiki practitioner, member of the Reiki Association (WA).
In an online setting of warmth and acceptance, I focus on supporting my clients in their own self-exploring and growth by combining my counselling skills and a person-centered approach.
I specialize in providing therapy for grief and loss, life changes, carer emotional support, depression, anxiety, anger, substance or behaviour dependencies and other life adversities. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and to develop new skills and strategies for coping with life's challenges. I believe that change is possible and that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.
If you are struggling with any of these issues, or if you simply want to explore your feelings and emotions in a safe and supportive environment, please feel free to contact me. I offer individual online therapy, in French or English, and use a variety of evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their goals. Some of the approaches I use include Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and work with my clients to tailor-made my service. I welcome clients of all ages, genders, and orientations, and I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and affirmative therapy to everyone.
